I enjoy teaching and numbers thanks to my parents. My mother works as a teacher, and my dad is an engineer. Due to this background, I have always helped friends and family members understand math. When I attended Bloomfield College to earn my bachelor's degree in finance and math, graduating with honors, I tutored on campus. I understand that many people think that math is boring or difficult, but I'm enthusiastic and passionate about the topic, and I help my students understand how important it is and how fun it can be to learn. My goal is to help students become confident in their abilities in math and to develop the learning skills they need to succeed on their own in the future. I also speak French natively, and I can assist students in understanding and proficiency with the language. I'm very patient, and I will try number of different approaches to see what works for each student and their unique learning style. I also like to explain concepts in creative ways, taking advantage of resources like online videos, images, drawing, and others. When I have spare time, I enjoy investing and trading, listening to music, reading, the arts, cooking, and swimming.
